Summer Camps 2013 - Parent/Guardian Information

Campers will meet new friends, build self esteem, and enjoy physical activity and skill development in a safe and secure environment.

The Town of Ajax is a leader in Municipal Day Camps and is committed to offering engaging, diverse and unique programming.

The Town offers many exciting Summer, March Break and Winter Break camps including: Eco Adventure, Sports, Science, Theatre, Multi-Media, Out-Trip, Preschool Camps and Youth Leadership certificate programs.

All camps are HIGH FIVE® accredited and are of the highest recognized levels of quality and safety. HIGH FIVE ® is Canada's only comprehensive quality standard for providing recreation and sport programs to children aged 6 to 12.

Before and after hours camp and busing are additional services to help working parents.

Registering is Easy!

Register by drop box or in person at the Ajax and McLean Community Centres, by mail, by fax or online. Register online via Connect @ REC.

Playgrounds - A Summer Tradition!

For more than 30 years, the Town of Ajax has been the choice for FREE Summer fun!

The Playgrounds Program brings games activities, sports, crafts, songs and theme days to your neighbourhood! With more than 26 locations, the program is a FREE outdoor drop-in program for children 6 to 12 years of age.

Participants simply register on-site the first day of attendance at this "come and go as you please" program. Children are welcome to come back anytime during the summer.
