Requests for information under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOI Requests) are required to be submitted in writing and must include a $5.00 application fee.

Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to the Town of Ajax. Requests can be sent to the attention of the Records and FOI Co-ordinator at Ajax Town Hall, 65 Harwood Avenue, S., Ajax, ON, L1S 2H9. Please be advised that we are unable to accept credit card payment.

Requests can also be submitted in person at Legislative and Information Services, Ajax Town Hall, 65 Harwood Ave., South.
