Accessibility Reporting 

AODA Compliance Reporting

To ensure that businesses and organizations are complying with the requirements of the AODA's Accessibility Standards, all public and private organizations are required to file online accessibility compliance reports with the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario.

On January 5, 2010, the Town of Ajax submitted its first report: 2010 Customer Service Accessibility Report.

Post-Election Accessibility Reporting

As required by the Election Act, 1990, within three months of an election, a report on the provision of accessible election/voting measures must be completed. The 2010 Town of Ajax Post-Election Accessibility Report was endorsed by Council on January 24, 2011.
