Notice of Service Disruption

Temporary disruptions to services or facilities are a reality, however, they can create barriers for people with disabilities. Public notice will be provided for any service disruption that may prohibit or limit use of a service or facility. Where information is available, notice will include:

• A reason for disruption of service
• The anticipated duration of service disruption
• Any available alternative facilities/services
• A contact person

Notice will be posted onsite where the disruption has occurred or will occur (i.e. entrance doors, hallways leading to the area, nearby service desks).
