The Town of Ajax is in receipt of an application for zoning by-law amendment, submitted by Weston Consulting on behalf of 2373300 Ontario Inc., proposing to rezone the lands located at the northwest corner of Salem Road North and Kerrison Drive East.

The overall proposal is for a Motor Vehicle Gas Bar, Motor Vehicle Washing Establishment, Convenience Store, Office Building, Bank, and Restaurants. More specifically, the proposed zoning amendment is intended to establish property specific development standards and to capture additional use permissions on the subject lands.
