The Town of Ajax is in receipt of Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z9/16, submitted by 2373300 Ontario Inc., to establish an Automobile Commercial (AC) Zone, to permit a gas station, an automatic carwash and a convenience store at the southern corner of the property, while maintaining the Prestige Employment (PE) Zone permissions. The proposal also rezones the western edge of the property to the Environmental Protection (EP) Zone.

Anyone with an interest in this application is invited to review and comment on this application prior to or during its consideration by the Community Affairs and Planning Committee, at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, Ajax Town Hall, 65 Harwood Avenue South.
