The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications submitted by Claremont Storehouse Inc. proposing to develop the lands municipally known as 305 Achilles Road.

The proposed development consists of two buildings, a collision centre with office space and an automobile rental facility with approximately 3,525 m2 (37,943 ft2) of gross floor area, and an automobile dealership with approximately 1,650 m2 (17,760 ft2) of gross floor area. An underground parking garage will span beneath and connect the two buildings. Surface parking and landscaped areas are also proposed. The proposed development plan is provided on the reverse of this notice.
