Ajax celebrates customers and staff during Customer Service Week, October 6 - 10
At the Town of Ajax, the customer service motto ‘Exceeding Expectations Every time’ is something that staff takes great pride in. Whether answering inquiries, processing applications or completing service requests, each service transaction is handled with expertise, professionalism and care.
During Customer Service Week, October 6-10, the Town recognizes its customers and the hard work of its front-line staff who serve them.

- Established in 1988 by the International Customer Service Association, Customer Service Week is celebrated by business, industry and governments around the globe. The Town has participated since 2008.
