Council Information Package

The Council Information Package (CIP) keeps Ajax Council and the public informed on key issues.

The CIP includes items such as:

• Resolutions from other Municipalities
• Summary of Advisory Committees Activities
• Summary of Proclamations Issued
• Correspondence submitted to Council about items not on a current agenda of Council
• Items of Correspondence and Memoranda prepared by staff

The CIP is posted on the Town’s website and circulated to Council members. A member of Council can ask to add CIP items to a Council agenda for further discussion.
