The Council of the Town of Ajax pursuant to Section 270 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, may sell or dispose of its land.
Section 2.2 of Town of Ajax Bylaw No. 027-2011 establishes that before any land is sold the Town shall give notice to the public of the intention to sell such land, including by posting the notice on the Corporation's website.
