Due to the COVID-19 emergency and requirements for physical distancing, in-person attendance is currently not permitted at Ajax Council and Committee meetings.

During the declared emergency, Council and Committee meetings will be held electronically pursuant to section 238(3.3) of the Municipal Act and section 5.9 of Council's Procedure By-law, and live-streamed. Local boards of Council may also hold electronic meetings under their own procedures during the declared emergency. Questions and/or comments regarding items on a meeting agenda may be submitted for consideration no later than noon on the day of the meeting by e-mail to clerks@ajax.ca. All meeting agendas, minutes, and recordings are available at ajax.ca/meetings.
