Due to the COVID-19 emergency and requirements for physical distancing, in-person attendance is currently not permitted at Ajax Council and Committee meetings.

Electronic participation in Council and Committee meetings is permitted pursuant to sections 238(3.1) and (3.3) of the Municipal Act and Council's Procedure By-law. All meetings held in an electronic format are livestreamed on the Town of Ajax Youtube Channel and on this webpage. Advisory Committees and local boards of Council may also hold electronic meetings under their own procedures. Questions and/or comments regarding items on a Council meeting agenda may be submitted for consideration no later than noon on the day of the meeting by e-mail to clerks@ajax.ca
