Streetlights throughout the Town are inspected twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. Residents who notice problems with streetlights are encouraged to call the Town of Ajax Operations Department at 905-683-2951 or complete the form below.
Traffic signals
Traffic signals at intersections and crosswalks are maintained by Durham Region. Please contact the Region of Durham at 905-668-7711 to report a traffic signal problem.
* Note : Streetlights in newly constructed subdivisions are the responsibility of the developer until assumption by the Town. The Town of Ajax at its discretion will repair defective bulbs and photo controllers however major repairs are the responsibility of the developer.
