The Town of Ajax is in receipt of development applications, submitted by Steeple Hill on the Lake and Foremost Financial Corp., proposing to develop lands located south of Bayly Street East, on the west side of Lake Ridge Road South.

The applications propose to amend the Town of Ajax Official Plan and Zoning By-law, to allow for 8.8 ha (21.7 ac) of land, associated with the Carruther’s Creek Golf and Country Club, to be converted to a cemetery use.

We invite you to attend this evening Public Open House Meeting to learn more about the above-noted proposal, identify issues or concerns with the proposal, and obtain additional information on the proposal.
