Muscles Worked: Lats, Core, Biceps, Deltoids

Functional Benefits: Increase back strength, endurance, balance and coordination

Contraindications: Individuals with lower back or shoulder issues

Instructions:

  1. With a partner, one person (A) holds the black handle of the Lebert Buddy, and the other person (B) holds one of the other pairs of handles in an athletic stance.
  2. Partner A is stationary, providing resistance by just holding the handle.
  3. Partner B “saws” the handles back and forth, alternating arms for sets of 30 secs.
