Aqua Fitness

Aquatic exercise is a great way to reduce chronic pain, increase flexibility, tone muscles and reduce blood pressure. Water supports and massages the body during exercise, which also increases blood circulation. Since there is no compression of the joints, aquatic classes are perfect for those with joint concerns.

From slower, dynamic flow classes to higher intensity classes, there is something for everyone at every fitness level!

With a variety of fitness styles to choose from — including Zumba®, Yogalates, Aqua Fitness, strength and sculpt classes — you are sure to find a class that suits you! Pay as you go and let our instructors guide and inspire you to stay fit and healthy. There’s something for everyone, from beginners to advanced fitness levels and all ages!
