How Do I Register To Work Out?

Fitness & Health Centres are currently closed.

Pre-registration is required to work out. Each time slot is a max of 60 minutes and members must leave the building immediately following scheduled workout.

Resident restrictions apply. Registration is open to Durham Region residents only.

All participants 18 years and older (including swim zone guests) must bring photo ID to verify Ajax or Durham Region residency.

What if I am unable to attend my pre-registered time slot?

Self-Serve Online Withdrawal 

If you are unable to attend your pre-registered workout time simply follow the steps below to cancel your reservation.

Follow these simple steps to withdraw:

  1. Login to your ActiveAjax Account
  2. Under Account Activity click on Historical Transaction List
  3. Click on the Withdraw button beside the activity you want to withdraw from, and complete the steps to check-out

Space is limited and these programs are popular. Withdrawing will free up your spot for others to enjoy.

Online withdrawals are available until midnight the day before a pre-registered program time.
