How Do I Register To Work Out?

Pre-registration is required to work out. Each time slot is a max of 75 minutes and members must leave the building immediately following scheduled workout.

What is the workout schedule?

Available 7 days a week! Workout times are the same from Monday to Sunday:

 7 – 8:15 a.m.

 2 – 3:15 p.m.

 8:45 – 10 a.m. 

 3:45 – 5 p.m.

 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.

 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.

 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.

 7:15 – 8:30 p.m.
