Central intake organization to access government-funded in-home healthcare and support services. Connect with a Care Coordinator who acts as a single point of access to services such as:
  • Long-term care;
  • Nursing;
  • Personal support (bathing, getting dressed);
  • Respite;
  • Health care professionals (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, social work);
  • Nutritional counselling;
  • Medical supplies and equipment

Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) Program

Ontario residents with a valid OHIP card are automatically enrolled into the ODB program on the first of the month after turning 65 years of age. Covers most of the cost of over 4,400 prescription drugs, some nutrition products and diabetic testing agents.
