HeyJAX will modernize and standardize how resident inquiries and service requests are responded to

The Town of Ajax has launched HeyJAX, a new web-based resident feedback and reporting tool. HeyJAX gives residents an easy way to reach the Town, report and track inquiries and service requests from start to finish. By streamlining intake and routing, the Town will deliver a more transparent, consistent service experience.

The new tool is a one-stop online solution where customers can submit requests for building permit inquiries, by-law complaints, litter and roadway concerns, Council recognition requests and much more. Once a service request has been submitted, users will receive a service request number, which can be used to track the progress of the request.

HeyJAX also features helpful program and policy information to support residents in finding answers to common questions, providing more self-service opportunities when interacting with the Town.

With the launch of HeyJAX, the Town has discontinued the mobile app, AppJAX.
