Ajax Council is encouraging young adults to "get future ready" by participating in upNext Ajax – a free entrepreneur and experiential employment program for young adults 18-29.​

The 2021 online academy will commence on June 22 and features a four-week curriculum focusing on employment skills, entrepreneurship, marketing and future tech. Participants of the program will gain new skills and real-world experience in a flexible online format consisting of on-demand learning modules and live sessions.

Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Town of Ajax, LinkedIn endorsements, valuable community connections and access to participate in the new Ajax Works Café.
Young adults and businesses interested in participating can apply at upnextajax.ca until June 18, 2021.
